February 18 - Saturday, February 21, for the 2004 Annual Conference of the National Society of Black Physicists and Black Physics Students (ACBPS). This year the ACBPS is a joint conference with annual meeting of the National Society of Hispanic Physicists. The conference hotel will be the Omni Shoreham.
