Encourage and assist minority youth to pursue education in the fields of engineering and science.

Disseminate and make available information on domestic and foreign employment opportunities in the fields of engineering and science.

 

Generate data concerning the social relevancy and makeup of business and government policies affecting the minority community.

 

Sponsor seminars and technical presentations which contribute to the professional development of its members.

 

Serve as an action group to work for and promote more equitable representation of the minority in the fields of engineering and science.

 

Develop and maintain personal and organizational ties with engineers and scientists throughout the nation and in developing countries.
