The Northern California Council of Black Professional Engineers sponsors an education and engineering field trip for minority students to the University of California at Davis, CA., annually. 

The field trip includes seminars, presentations by UCD Black Engineers Association (BEA), students and NCCBPE members, game and science demonstrations, a guided tour of the UCD campus, reviews of science displays, and student lunch is provided.
